At giftsoacustom, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Items that have been damaged, altered, or show signs of wear cannot be returned. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations are normal and do not constitute a defect.
To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for shipping the item back to us. Returns must be shipped to our studio address and are the responsibility of the customer until received by us.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement, repair, or full refund at our discretion.
Custom-made items are generally not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. Please review all custom order details carefully before confirming your purchase.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
